Content Creation (The Biggest Win)
The content volume economics flipped hard in 2023-2024. What used to take a writer 6-8 hours — a 1,500-word blog post with outline, draft, revision, and editorial polish — now takes about 90 minutes with a competent AI workflow. ChatGPT Plus and Claude Pro (both roughly $6/mo via GamsGo versus $20/mo direct) handle the heavy lifting: first drafts, social repurposing, newsletter summaries, ad variations. The real productivity jump isn't writing from zero, it's repurposing: one well-researched 1,500-word pillar piece can legitimately become 8 LinkedIn posts, 3 email sections, 5 tweets, a YouTube script, and a carousel outline. The two mistakes I see weekly: (a) shipping the AI first draft unedited, which every reader can now spot, and (b) under-prompting with 'write me a blog post about X' instead of giving the model a brief, voice samples, and a target reader.
